Located in Geelong’s laneway district, SWEAT X WONDER was created as the ultimate restorative experience for body and mind. By bringing together the ancient ritual of sauna bathing with transformative infrared science, we’ve created a temple of rest where slowing down and recharging are honoured as valuable tools for health and happiness.
Created by the same team of wellness enthusiasts who have nurtured the movement and yoga practice of our community at WONDER YOGA for the last 5 years, we to help you turn rest into an essential part of your wellness practice. We found that the day-to-day hustle of modern-day life made looking after ourselves anything but easy. We wanted to change that.
